West Fest is an annual Pioneer festival for incoming freshman and community guests.  It's designed to introduce them to all the opportunities of their new school.
It's also an opportunity for students from the Fine Arts Academy to raise money for future activities and show off their work from throughout the school year.

English teacher Mr. Costilla raises money for his club Young Democrats of America by holding a “Pie Face” booth.

Principal Joel Hudson enounces the new “Pioneer Trail” open to everyone, and thanking all the West High alumni that donated to help make The Pioneer Trail a reality.

Students and alumni that helped with the presentation of The Pioneer Trail cut the ribbon to open it to the public.  Each brick engraved with an alumni's name raises money to help current West High students.

A West high Alum speaks to incoming freshmen and guests announcing The Pioneer Trail and the importance of high school.

Senior Sara Powell, a member of the Thespians Drama Honor Society,  plays the game bobbing for ducks to help out the Flag Team with new equipment.
